My firm concentrates on specialized tax and business planning services, which include Estate Planning, as well as Trust and Estate Administration.
I have also acted as local counsel for commercial loans where the lender required an opinion letter from a Florida Attorney, advised clients on all aspects of tax-free real estate exchanges, corporate liquidations, mergers and divisions, as well as working with local bankruptcy counsel.
